The Dashboard is made up of a number of widgets. Each one provides comprehensive information on the management of your fuel budget and fleet.
Average consumption : First graph top left, it represents the average monthly consumption, based on the number of vehicles in operation each month
Idle Time eqv liters/year : Second chart top right, it represents the average Idle time per month relative to the year (= projection of your Idle times if no action is taken)
Permanent stock rate: Average fuel volume in tank before each fill-up.
Consumption liters: Total quantity of litres consumed and average number of kilometres travelled per litre consumed.
Stock fuel: Total fuel available in tanks at the end of the period (in L and in €).
Activity days: Number of days over the period during which your vehicles were driven.
CO2: Emission of CO2 on average (in gCo2/km) and in total (in tons of Co2).
Consommations suspectes: Fuel volume disappeared.
Consommation : Average consumption in L/100km, in km/L and in €/km.
Distance : Total distance travelled and average per vehicle.
Eqv Idle Time / year: Projection of Idle times for the year if no action is taken.
Comparing consumption (L): Consumption with Idle time, without Idle time and without Idle time on work.
Service time vehicles: Distribution of different vehicle statuses.
CO2: Total amount of CO2 emissions (in tonnes co2).
Service time drivers: Breakdown of driver statuses during services = Tachy statuses of the drivers (Requires the system to be connected to the tachograph).
Average speed: Average vehicle speeds over the period.
Distribution consumption: Projection of Idle times for the year if no action is taken.
Vehicle Idle Time Target (min): 10 vehicles with the highest and lowest Idle times compared to the duration of median Idle time.
Drivers Idle Time Target (min) : 10 drivers with the highest and lowest Idle times compared to the duration of median Idle time.
Idle time compare (min): Comparison of total Idle time over the period compared to the previous period.
Idle time veq compare (L): Eqv Idle time for the period observed compared to the previous period.
Fleet Top 10 Idle Time vs Others: 10 vehicles producing the most Idle time compared to the rest of the fleet.
Idle Time distribution: Breakdown of Idle time by duration.
Unprotected vehicles: Vehicles for which we no longer receive information.
Low battery: Vehicles whose battery voltage is too low, presenting a risk for starting.
Current Idle Time for vehicles: Vehicles with ongoing Idle time.
Low Fuel: Vehicles with a fuel stock less than 20% of the capacity of their tank(s).
Over speed vehicles: Vehicles running at speeds over 90 km/h.
